There is one thing I haven&#039;t been able to find. This was an open vote, but nowhere can I find who were the 39 MEP&#039;s who voted in favor. 

There is an image of the votes mapped on the seat layout, which shows mostly &quot;against&quot; in the left half, and at the far right. The 39 &quot;in favor&quot; are mixed with all the &quot;abstain&quot; votes on the right side. But how that seat layout translates to actual parties I cannot find.]]></description>
